Great SC, Rox, love the large panel to work with. This piece from Grandin Road caught my eye Prairie Landscape. Used one of those Rainbow ink sponges to streak on cranberry and butterscoth inks then stamped the CHF wheat and Outlines grass. The 2 strips were made with Martha Stewart border punch and added punched and sculpted butterflies.
