Oh! I get it! This is a little game you put in the stockings, right? It is where you shake it to put the ball bearings in the little letter holes? So cute!!! So this is smaller than it looks. Really cute! You are very clever!!! TFS

I forgot to put the instructions here. Actually, the photo is about actual size. The balls inside are bbs. You need to put a couple layers of cs in the bottom of the tin, the hole punch through the layers so that the bbs can stay in the holes a bit. Make sense? You know it's one of those drive-you-crazy-till-you-finish-it-puzzles. Have fun!
