CAS Blue and Green Birthday

This card is for the CAS05 challenge to use blue and green and no other colors besides neutrals.

Time to design the card: 1 week (why was this so hard for me? I keep telling myself if my SAB Botanical Blooms had arrived that I would have used it

Time to make the card: Less than 5 minutes.

Stickles on the flames, although its hard to see in the picture.

At least I finished before CAS06 came out
