Look what I discovered!! The sentiment from "Thoughts and Prayers" fits VERY nicely in the little curvy label shape from the Matchbox Bigz die!!
This is for CC209 - Basic Black, Rose Red and Always Artichoke. I also did another fun little trick I like to think I invented (okay, so I know I didn't, but I DID think it up without seeing it somewhere else first . . . at least not consciously!). I took a "bite" of the the corners with my scallop circle punch! I think I found another favorite thing to do, along with the hanging sentiment thing that I also like to do!!
And this is pretty much a SUO card (I ran out of the black/white SU gingham ribbon, so I cheated a little and used a different manufacturer's ribbon . . . squint a little and you can almost pretend it really IS SU ribbon!!)
Thanks for lookin'!

Love your 'bit' corners! I haven't seen that before - so you did create it as far as I'm concerned!!! love the punched sentiment shape and the lacey edges under your ribbon - very pretty card!

What a wonderful card. Great job with these colors. Love how you stamped the background on the pink panel and love your double border on the black strip. Great corners and ribbon, too.
