Magnolia's cupcake Tilda goes Green for St. Patty's Day!! Her outfit was colored with copics and highlighted with frosted crystal stickles on the eyelet and on the cupcake, although it didn't photograph that well. DP is from one of those 2" packs at Michael's that have a selection of holiday papers. The wreath base is made from nestabilities and then I adhered a selection of fern leaves cut from various shades of cardstock using the Marth aStewart punch. Pearlescent white cardstock is embellished with rhinestones from Hero Arts. The corners are cut with an EK Success corner adorner. The green rhinestone flowers are from the tee shirt embellishment aisle in Michaels... White gel pen highlights Tilda's cheeks and her dress. I debated replacing the cupcake with a shamrock, but decided to leave it alone so that there was a pop of different color from the icing. The sentiment is from $1 stamps at JoAnns and I tried to emboss it with white detail powder.. it still came out somewhat blurry even though it was the extra-fine powder. Gold Shimmerz on her wings. Inside of the card I typed one of the Irish Blessing poems on my computer and cutout the cardstock. The overall cards size is 5" square. Somehow I always feel more comfortable showcasing a Magnolia Tilda stamp onto a square base :->
Thanks for Looking!
