This is for the inspiration challenge today, I did the background with that technique where you ink up one side of your cuttlebug folder and then run it through. Very neat, and it matches the rug on this page : http://www.roomservicehome.com/prodi...umber=hr130936
This is also a personal challenge of mine to use purple. I don't know why, but I haven't used purple on a card since November. I personally don't have anything wrong with it, it just doesn't seem like it's a "in" color and I don't seem to reach for it.

Great work with the cuttblebug and it does look like your rug inspiration. I do love the plums and greens. Of course, there is my favorite flower, the tulip. Beautiful card!

Beautiful card. Love the colors and the ribbon. I have never tried that technique with the Cuttlebug folder. I am going to try if I can figure it out!! I love the effect. I think the Cuttlebug is the greatest thing since sliced bread!!

This is so beautiful! I love the inked CB background and the purple and green combo! Beautiful image and lovely bow! Great combination of the IC with the OCC sketch!
