Well, Rox.. this is what I saw when I viewed your sketch. Maybe not what you intended the sketch to be, but I had to go with my instinct.
I learned a couple things while making this card. First, I CAN use punches with my left hand and secondly, it is not easy to use a paper cutter left handed.
The sentiment circle is from the new Birthday Best set just released from Artful Inkables.

Oh Holly........I just love the way you made a dress with this card......I'm blessed to have 6 gorgeous grandkids....my oldest granddaughter is getting married on the 6th of June. She's been wanting to make a card to thank her sister for being her maid of honor. This will be perfect !!
This would also be great for a "have a happy and safe prom night" card. I usually slip each of them a little "mad money" and it could work with this...since everyone loves to scrap all of their occasions.
