For the "best of times challenge" to create a page using three challenges from VSBN. The three challenges I combined are:
1) JAN09VSBNH "are you new here?" challenge to scrap something new and stamp on acrylic. Most of the pictures feature something new for my son that happened in 2008 like going to AZ for the first time, the young athletes program at preschool, bushkill falls, the stairs off the back of our house, liking being with his cousins, jumping in the pool, horsebackriding, etc. I also stamped on the acrylic frame.
2) JAN09VSBNL "tell your story" using lots of photos and the provided sketch. I used 15 photos and I did a better job with the sketch this time!
3) JAN09VSBNO "days of our lives series" to scrap a series of photos. I used photos from the whole year and arranged them in order.
This will be the opening page in my son's 2008 album. I journaled around the edge the big things that he did/happened in 08.
