I made this wreath using a Martha Stewart Punch. I started with a double cut circle for the form, and then glued the individual punched pieces. Added the crystals for the "berries" and the bow at the top. The background behind the wreat was done with a Cuttlebug embossing folder and then highlighted with a silver glitter pen.

I am sure this is a stupid question, you stated you started with a double cut circle to make the form....can you tell me what you mean by a double cut circle. I just purchased this punch with hopes of making something similar to your card...btw, you card is BEAUTIFUL. Teri
