This is the only way I'm going to get Christmas cards prepared for 2009, a few every month, thanks to the Christmas Card Challenge 2009. MAYBE I'll even work my way through a good portion of the Christmas embellies and stamp sets I've picked up through the years and have yet to play with.
This card was inspired by a card in "Quick & Clever Instant Cards" (author Julie Hickey, copyright 2005, page 91, a terrific little book).

Beautiful card, great detail...
It is a great feeling having cards already started for Christmas of 2009, I have never doen this before, and it feels great.
