Love the colours for this challenge, although I don't have the exact ones I have used as close as possible! This amazing image was sent to me in a RAK from my dear friend Peggy (aka Marilyn Preston) and friends. There is so much in the image that I felt I wanted to keep it simple, although with a vintage feel. I chalked the image and inked the edges, then wrote the sentiment by hand.
Satin ribbon was attached and then the velvet ribbon ran across the top of it and added a jewellery charm which had been mounted on an embossed circle, this reminds me of the chokers that used to be worn in this era (along with others)
I love the colours of this challenge for this card, they really work with a vintage feel!!
Thanks for looking, I appreciate your comments, they are so encouraging!

Linda.. I am so happy to see this image being shared.
I sent the stamp to peggs, and it's really nice to see it being shared.
* You made a really pretty card w/ it.

This is so weird I thought for sure I had commented on this one this morning, I saw it all day and thought I had done so...
I guess I just commented in my mind and going OOOHHH and AAAAAAH, and being all so impressed by the chalk coloring style you have mastered dear friend. I just can't get over this and never mind the BLUE, it's sooooo pretty with the green contrast. Forgot to mention the beautiful "chocker" charm, I love it Linda. I am so proud and touched that you and I have somewhat some similar styles, that is a compliment for me. HA! Beautiful card Lovely Linda! TFS
And I will always be fascinated with the face in the flower and someone told me there was one in the mirror too, but I never saw it before.

Oh, I believe you have created the perfect vintage colage here. Your hand writing is gorgeous! I thought it was a stamp.

Oh my! How this pretty little face has travelled! From Helen in Vermont, to Peggy in Canada, to Linda in Australia! And she still looks so fresh! Wonderful old timey feel to your card. I also thought it was one of Peggy's creations- and I love how you wrote on it too! (another 'Giggles' trademark) The charm is so perfect to bring out the vintage feel sister. Beautiful card!
