Yikes - a whole nother month to go till Valentine's Day! I am either going to have to become very inventive with heart shapes or sit out a few challenges.
This one is for Cindy's teapot challenge this week - see here - http://mothermark.blogspot.com/2009/...uesday-29.html.
I did use 3 red hearts, I promise. But I turned them into strawberries. Maybe my little brown dots aren't big enough, or maybe they wiped off because I put them on top of yellow Sakura Glaze pen in the interests of authenticity. Looks like I'll have to dot them again. Have you tried putting about ten little dots just on top of ten bigger dots!!
The strawberries are made with red and green Bazzill, and a heart and daisy punch. They are stuck with foam onto Labels 1 labels cut from pink Bazzill and edged with Chocolate Brilliance. Apart from that, all I did was emboss a frame on the blank white card, and used the clean layout of the teapot.
Cindy says there should be swirls under the hearts - but I say the Photographer didn't take the photo at an angle that showed them properly, so I, like Cindy, am ignoring them.
TFL.

Sabrina, I love your strawberries. I am going to have to remember how you made the stems. That was very creative. I see that we both scored on our cards. Thanks for sharing your wonderful card!!!

Talk about creative and resourceful! Every tea tray needs strawberries and yours look yummy. I'll have to hurry and finish my card before the fruit is all gone.
