You cracked me up this morning, and as I am currently with 25 5th graders, I needed a good laugh! I think it looks great. I really love the little candies, I have only done the scallops on them, but will have to try the hearts too. TFS!

If nothing else you deserve an A for effort. I have a meeting this morning and won't be able to play---thank goodness! It all sounds pretty scary to me, but your perserverance is commendable.

I could not make this box to ave my life, so I am glad you championed this challenge! I love your box, but in my frustration I would have eaten all the chocolate!

Nancyruth...I have not tried it yet...but a chocolate break sounds good about now!
PS. I just tried one with heavy designer paper...not a good idea and I had too many folds. May I suggest skipping over the 3rd diagram and focus on the 4th (2nd row). I was successful the second time using scrap paper.Good Luck!

You have figured out the important thing, though. Chocolate fixes everything--all filled up with candy, no one will even notice the dog-eared paper! I did my folding with the same side of my paper facing up, but am pretty sure it should be flipped over so a couple of the folds go the other way. Maybe if we make a bunch we'll figure it out so it goes smoothly. ;)
