Wow, 200 Colour Challenges....congratulations Emily for such an amazing array of colours that have been put before us...this one is no exception!!
I kept my card fairly simple with this one, which in itself is quite a challenge for me! No torn corners either...wow, I was out of my comfort zone!!! This image, which was in a RAK from Peggy (aka Marilyn Prestonn) and friends, is such a cute one that I wanted it to be the main focus of this card!
I chalked the image with both dry and wet chalks and a blender pen , sponged and inked the edges to add a bit of warmth and finished with faux stitching...I have to admit I was very tempted to use torn corners but resisted and tried to stay true to the simple lines I started with - what do you think...should I have added them...or leave it as is? I can always add them!!!
Thanks for looking and for your comments, they are really appreciated and encouraging!!!

Adorable! Leave it as it- it is perfect! (Altho I miss the torn corners, lol) The image is very cute- such a boy! Should have known it was from Giggles. I love how you did the ribbon. And how did your faux stitching turn out so perfectly? Wonderful and fun card sistah! tfs

How adorable! It's perfect as is Linda! I had to have this image when I first saw it at High Hopes! I love it, and I should think to use it more often! Your coloring is fabulous on this ultra cute card!

Oh How Cute! Now that you are a Sistah, I hope you will tell me what wet chalks are as well as how you apply your chalks. If you don't want to, then remember my rep! Mwhahahahaha!

AAAHH, it's ADORABLE, Linda, just as it is! Don't change a thing, lol! I love that image, and tried to resist buying it, because a major home renovation doesn't leave anything in the budget for stamps, lol! But that image is so like my little guy, with the big feet, sloppy pants, and a frog in his hands, how could I not get it, lol! My DH agreed that just this one time, so it'll be here soon! Thanks for the inspiration, Linda, this one's into my favs!
