Thanks for another great technique Lynn ... I used 1" wide and 1/4" wide red tacky tape and various glitters with a 'red' theme. Here's what I came up with!

Bold and beautiful! It looks like there is a design behind two of the wide panels. Is that just the picture, or is it the paper behind the tape. I like the way it looks.
