Here is my submission for the technique challenge today. This snowman is from a Hobby Lobby set I bought last year. After stamping on white I cut out the body and head to go under my tissue paper image. The light blue paper is from Archivers so I don't know the name of it. I doodled some of the snow, his buttons, and the little ball at the end of his cap with a white gel pen. Thanks for showing us another great technique! TFL!
