Exciting for me as I had been sent the tree in a RAK from Peggy (aka Marilyn Prestonn) and friends and have been waiting for inspiration to hit me, because I didn't want to waste it!!!
I have cased it in a close way as Anna's card is just stunning, but I have used different techniques and changed a couple of things, which are:
- used chalks for the image and also for the reflection as the stamp was not mine, so had to try and improvise with that.
- inked the edges instead of faux stitching
- added an island made of ripped DP with wheat grass picture on it
-used background DP rather than sponging (haven't really done that yet...)
-used scripture for the sentiment rather than a word
I was fully intending using a single word for the sentiment, but once I was at that stage, I just couldn't go past this scripture...just seemed perfect to me...
Thanks for looking, I hope I have done Anna's card justice. Thanks also for your comments, they are so encouraging

I had to look at your tree more than once thinking it probably came from our Ms peggy! What an unusual card this is, Linda. Love your colors and the design is really great. You've added just the perfect sentiment; we all need to pay attention to that one! Great card.

This is so beautiful! And to think you had to improvise the reflection! Wow- I cannot even get my mind around that! What a wonderful outcome. The scripture is perfect- love what you did!
