Ways to Use it Challenge WT195 - Use an envelope in your presentation.
Started this with an idea in my head of attaching an envy to the front made of the lighter floral DP ... but also had in my head to do the iris fold. Well, the 2 were just competing too aggressively, and the card kept getting bigger. (It's 5x7). Finally had to scrap the initial notion, but this card was still 'earmarked' for the Envy challenge, so I broke down and lined the envelope instead. Once I made that decision, felt alot better about finishing the card like I did.
Base is vanilla with coordinating floral, dense darker, floral DP's. The Iris fold was made in the window using the 2 DP's. Bayou c/s was versamarked w/one of the SU bitty backgrounds (leaf) then clear embossed. This whole panel was popped up on dimensionals after everything was distressed with Tim Holtz tea colored ink randomly. Sentiment was computer generated (love this saying), popped up on dimensionals & distressed as well. I loved the color the distressing gave me, so thought this brown w/chocolate polka dots looked great.
Hmm .. There's not one stamp on this card ... go figure. I'm still plesed with the Iris fold (my first ever), and can't wait to try it again.

I wouldn't call it rambling. It's just a very good description of where you were going with this. It sure turned out great! I love the colors and dp layers. I especially like the lined envie!! Great job!!!
