I've given a silhouette stamp a more detailed feel here using Flourishes Spring Ephemerals. I also wanted to give it the feel of the first shimmering snow catching that little flower by surprise.
Layers of Shimmer white paper with Dazzling Diamonds and snow dripping off the flowers too.
I've also used Just Rite Circle Stamper for the font. Perfect when you want to create your own sentiment!
Accessories: Just Rite Circle Stamper, Coluzzle Cutter, Oval Punch, White Taffeta Ribbon, Piercer, Rhinestones, Dazzling Diamonds, Crystal Effects, SW Markers, White Gel Pen
WOW, Christine, this is just beautiful! I LOVE the touch of shimmery snow on the flowers! The oval frame and BG paper are lovely! Another fabulous creation!

Wow you captured this beautifully. Many times have my tulips been touched by snow. Love this paper. SO pretty. TFS this is just a really gorgeous card.

Oh, my WOW--this is gorgeous!! You've really taken a silhouette stamp to a whole new level. I'm especially taken with that lower leaf, of all things. It's so delicately shaded. But the frost on the blooms...beyond beautiful. This whole card is almost too much for my senses. I'm overwhelmed!
