Girlz, am I ever glad our hostesses set the stage for an encoure! Ida been sunk if not...I want to thank stampin andrea for the 'This Costumes' a Cinch' challenge...just wish I had taken a picture at 45 minutes...I think I was crop-o-dialing eyelet #infinity for my corset! I hope you'll take a look in the encore gallery for I was definitely inspired by your pretty corset and the generosity of the templates' designer SARA SANDBERG.
I probably spent 45 minutes looking for just the perfect paper. Daisy D's was my choice. I printed the template on the back of my DP. One side of the corset is cuttled with the textile ef. I used teal eyelets from Making Memories and a stretch black cord to lace. I stamped Just Rites little stampers, the words Passion, Journey on the front and added a epoxy heart that says 'hugs' to the top lace. at the bodice I applied vintage lace. For my pull out, I used a Design Originals collage paper...using the eyelet punch from Fiskars down the right side. On the back is a place to write a note.
I love how this card turned out, in only 1 1/2 hours give or take another hour! This goes to a coworker who is finally getting new ta tas next week...I thought she needed something pretty to put them in!
I am editing to add it is reconstructive surgery for my friend...didn't want to miss lead anyone!

First, I think time spent chosing paper should not penalize anyone-sometimes I have that problem too. This card is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for the friend with new ta tas. I may have to case this-mine if I reduce the number of eyelets by half??? I love all the details.

Susan, have you thought about designing 'pretties' for ladies as a sideline business, I think you would give most lingerie companies a run for their money - and have the matching card to go with it!! This is incredible, everything about it is so perfect, love the antique lace an also the embossed card (my favourite embossing folder I might add!) truly divine!!! Just a thought - if it took that long to make - imagine how long it would take to get into with all of that lacing up - I doubt I could breathe in that long - sigh! Thanks for sharing!
