Go for it! Paint is cheap, you can paint over it if you don't like, but you'll like it! I didn't have to erase or paint over ONE thing, the stamps come out perfect every time! I'd be willing to do my whole house if my hubby would let me (NO, he will NOT let me!) All I used was 5 bottles of acrylic paint at 50cents each (red, pink, yellow, olive and ivory to make the lighter shades for the 2nd and 2rd step stamps) and a couple sponge brushes ($1), 2 paper plates and an afternoon. I did not sketch anything out---You just start with a few roses in the middle, add the leaves, then the branches, then dab on tiny flowers last working outward, step away and check it out and fill back in the bare spots with more leaves, flowers as needed...Florals are very forgiving there is no way for them to be lopsided or look wrong as they grow in their own patterns anyway. YOU CAN DO IT, send me pics!!!
