I'm playing with trees for my Christmas cards...
For this card i stamped tree in night of navy, masked off snow and moon areas and sponged bordering and brocade blue.. I used an aqua painter to make the fence, shadows, and moon texture.
I was inspired by Michelle Zindorf, mainly this card: Frosty Tree - MZ by Zindorf at Splitcoaststampers
If you haven't yet, I encourage you to visit her gallery and her blog, she does the most amazing work with trees!!
Thanks for the inspiration, Michelle!!

Your card is stunning! It's really hard to believe it's not professionally done. The variety of colors, the shadows, the hills of snow, the glow of the moon --- it all combines into a breathtaking card. VERY nice job!

This is absolutely gorgeous! I love the way your moon turned out - so lifelike! Your trees in the valley are very cool, too. The whole darn thing is perfect!!
