As I ventured across to check out what the Thursday challenge was, I was thrilled to see that it was for plaid as I had just made this card for a very special little girl's birthday. Shania lives next door and turned 3 on Monday, she has had 3 open heart surgerys and has been such a special part of our family, even before she was born. It is not uncommon to hear a knock on the door and she has run away to us!!! So this card was made in her favourte colours and who could resist those cute little mice - although the cupcakes seemed to be more inviting for her.
The three cupcakes on the left each have a 'bling' cherry and are mounted onto Paisley EF. I hope this cards fits the criteria for this challenge. TFL!

Your card is adorable, and I love the story of Shania! What a blessing to have a lil one take refuge in you! I bet she loved this card. Your work is beautiful!

Well, that's one very smart little girl to run away to next door! Your plaid is so sweet and so are your images. Fantastic CC for a pretty special little neighbor! Lucky you and her!
