I sooooo wish that I could take credit for coming up with this great tag idea, but it actually came from Carole Burrage. http://motherslittlehelper.typepad.c...ip-a-jump.html Isn't it cool?! Here's a close up of my tag. A friend just got engaged, so I thought a bottle of champagne was in order. I also just got the AWESOME Inspired by Nature stamp set so it was obviously meant to be!
I colored the rubber with my SU markers (Old Olive for the stems and leaves, Summer Sun for the petals and a combo of Close to Cocoa and Chocolate Chip for the flowers' centers), huffed to remoisten the ink and stamped. I played with the stamp a little. Some of you may realize that the flower on the right is really on the left. Well, that's the beauty of the huff-and-puff technique. You can ink up and stamp any image anywhere on your cs. Anyway, it's layered on Summer Sun cs and the tag itself was made with chocolated-colored textured cs. I used my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to stamp the sentiment and added a bit of bling. I punched out the hole with my 1 3/8" circle punch and added the crease for the fold.
