1. Something old: the stamp. I bought it in 1997 possibly. I've forgotten.
2. Something new: New idea - I used a paintbrush to brush on odorless mineral spirits (aka gamsol) instead of a stub. This made it more familiar of a medium for me because I could kind of pretend that it was my usual watercolours that I was working with, with the mineral spirits being the "water".
3. Something borrowed: I borrowed the grass and the sky from Rox71's A Swirly, Batty Night.
4. Something blue: The sky!
This also works for Thursday's challenge, which was coloured pencils. This was my second try at coloured pencils. The first time was months ago and it was horrible (because I don't know how to use a stub) and I withdrew to the familiar safety of watercolours and there I stayed until yesterday! I really saturated the paper (PaperTrey's Select White) with a ton of odorless mineral spirits and was very impressed that it did not warp at all!

OOOOOH, look at all that fabulous, wonderful, brilliant, fun color. Just the sweetest image and WOW again on the eye popping color. Wonderful new use of the coloring technique. TFS
