Krista, I hope this is close enough for your twine challenge. I used linen thread instead. I've been wanting to try both ways of puckering ribbon that I learned at SU!'s convention this year, and finally had the perfect use!
I used the linen thread to gather one edge of the wide grosgrain, and then to hang the sentiment. I'm obsessed with my scallop edge punch, so I used it for my third card straight.
