Here is my acetate box for the Try a New Technique Challenge - you can see the directions here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I used a different pattern for the top and bottom - I just cut a 3 inch square and scored it 1/2 inch on each side - like the top on the 3x3 box in last weeks Splitcoast Weekly Inkling seen here: 3" X 3" Notecard Box Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
I thought it came out a little neater. I put eyelets on the punched holes on the cover to add sturdiness and tied knots on the inside ends of the ribbon.
The cute dragonfly is from the 'Thought I'd Bug You' set from Artful Inkables and I stamped the wings on a scrap, colored them and attached them with foam dimensionals. You can purchase this set here: www.artfulinkables.com
The circles are cut with Nestabilities.
I put two Bath Fizzy balls inside my box - this would be a fun little gift to give someone!

Julia, this box with the dragonfly is so cute!! I like the way you did the bases better...the next one I'm gonna do that way! Thanks! Now, if you could just find a way to get those fizzy balls to work in the shower.....

Just lovely.
I changed my lid too - didn't think about eyelets, though. Mind you, your bath bombs are a lot heavier than my Primas. What a lovely gift for somebody, and I like the way a dragonfly is suitable for a watery theme, and the Dew Drops.
