my first card was simple and classic, this one I added a lot of color and a die cut corner then changed the gold cording just a bit..
this could be considered more is more.
I drug the certainly celery ink pad across the negative side of the embossing folder, add your paper and emboss an usual.. and voila... you have background color!
I sponged old olive around the edges to add depth,then used a ruler to put down the krylon gold leaf pen edge. On the green bg piece I freehanded the gold leaf pen in a squiggly line.
wrap some gold cording, add the gold spellbinders decorative corner- and there you have it.
the holly and berries are colored with gamsol.
