Mod podge is sold in most craft stores, and the directions are on the bottle. I used a sponge brush to apply. Cut the paper to fit the frame leaving alittle extra (you can trim after). First apply mod podge to frame. Then place cut paper where desired. Reapply mod podge to set. After letting it dry, I used my ink pad to "age" the frame alittle. Emblellish! Wow! That is so beautiful! So you decoupaged the cs on the frame - I see - I see.....random thoughts....Okay - you are great! This frame is beautiful...I can see the mad rush now....everyone to the dollar stores - get the frames!
