Andrea... I'm sick today, too. I have a severe migraine, so I don't know how many challenges I'll get done. I remember reading that you had a tough start to the school year... me too. The worst ever. So, I've been looking forward to this. I needed the break. Being sick is soooo unfair! We can have our own little pitty party :p
Awwww, Jen, not you too! I am gonna start to worry -- two hostesses are sick??? That is nuts! I will be praying you feel okay tonight and can play . . .

Jen, I know the feeling!! I had a Headache/migraine this morning too! I took some good meds before it got too bad. Plus the weather actually breaking has helped too!!

This will be my first so I'm watching the clock. Will they come one at a time, every 45 minutes?
I will probably have to go pick up DS soon, he went on a hike but I keep hoping the other leader will just drop him off. LOL DD is also going off later but I'm hoping a friend will give her a ride home! I'm so bad. DH is gone camping for the weekend, poor guy probably froze (40s on the mountain) last night. But he loves this stuff - training other scout leaders. So he's happy, I should be happy.

Are you crazy, VSN is in 30 MINUTES -- not an hour and a half . . . and no, the challenge cards are just the cards I made using your challenge. I sent one to each of you hostesses for being so awesome! You will get yours soon I bet ;)
Kathy, they will come every 45 minutes, but there will be BONUS in between and also, there is a new thing to be introduced tonight to keep you all on your toes. GOOD LUCK!
Ok, as we all sit here and watch the clock, I have a quick question. Is it ok if we upload these tomorrow morning. I have only uploaded 1 card - sad, I know. Don't know how quickly I can upload cards and would rather spend the time stamping and not trying to figure out how to upload. I did bookmark the thread someone mentioned the other day on how to upload, so I have that ready.

Where will the challenges be posted? I may not be online much longer, it looks like the storm is making its way over here and the power is flickering. I am in Texas and my inlaws live in Louisanna, 30 miles East of Shreveport and have already had 2 bad storms blow through.

Yes, you may upload in the morning, before noon CST if you want them judged! They make this exception on this Sunday due to the amount of uploads on VSN night!
OK...had a nap! Only an hour but it will have to do. Dinner is ready for DD or DH to throw together (taco salad...YUM!) but the stamp area is still not cleaned up! 21 minutes! I'd better kick into high gear!!

The challenges will be posted in this forum! If you still want to participate but cannot be online the whole night, they will be on a main list and you can catch up when it is safe for your computer to be on. Just remember, to be fair, you can only have 45 minutes for each one ;)

I have a friend in Bossier City! She is working today so I haven't had a chance to see how things are there. I will probably call her when she gets off in about 2 hours. I hope that everything calms for your family!
Glad we caught you in time Aubrey and glad you are here . . . poor girls will come over and you'll be like "uh, just come in, I am kinda busy with this challenge, be with you in a minute . . . "

If you can, send someone out to the drugstore to pick this up ASAP:
You can evern get that person to fill out a blah-blah survery and get a $1 off coupon.
It works in about 20 minutes if your migraine isn't too advanced.

Okay, did the last minute clean up in the stamping room, wiped the counter where I emboss (just in case) and dusted my EP trays. LOL, last time I embossed I didn't use them.....
I had wondered if VSN would be impacted at all by the hurricane but it seems that none of the hostesses, at least, were affected!
