I finally finished a card with enough time to get it uploaded! (This VSN is the first time I've uploaded anything, so it's taking me some time to get the hang of it.) Here's mine. The cracking is not very defined, and it didn't want to soak up any ink to make them stand out more, but I will definitely try again when I have more time...
You did a GREAT job uploading! Key word and everything!!!!

Oh my...I spilled the UTEE all over my lap...the only thing that I could do was stand up and let it all hit the floor. Vacuum!!!!! I ran out of time and realized that I had nothing in my sky and no sentiment. However I do like the chest in the sand and the tiny parrot that, btb, was previously colored. My Cracked Pirate's Chest
Thank you, Tamijo, except for the mess I made it was a great way to get some inspiration moving.....

Im going to give this a go... just got home, but, Im pretty sure my diamond glaze may not be dry enough to shoot in 45 minutes, it may be a tonight posting. Love your sample Tami!
Live & learn. I once left the top off my Versamark and got embossing powder all over it. (But at least I didn't heat it.) So sorry you had such a mess.

This is one of those techniques I only do when it's a VSN challenge. It was hard to photograph, as well, but I used it for a father's day card.
HAHAHAHAHA! I thought it was only me who did that!

Here is my I Got Cabin Fever card. It's needs a sentiment but I couldn't decide what to use. Anyone got any ideas?
You're asking the wrong lady here... I never put sentiments on my cards, unless I know where/who it going

With all the drama going on here today its nearly a miracle i got one done... ( Love this ) forgot how messy UTEE is. lol ( blew the first layer completely off then did the V-8 motion and did the rest from the bottom up... Thanks Tami!
it's nice to know that others do not use some of these techniques either. But, they are fun to do during the challenge. Thanks for all you did for the challenge, Tami. rita

I loved this challenge. Loved the muppet clip, too! I was inspired by the clip and used a galleon as the focal image and in the background DSP. I wanted to make the focal image look as though it was a framed painting in an old English Gentleman's Smoking club.
Thanks so much for organizing this challenge.

I was so happy when I saw this challenge, because I had all the supplies out on my table from making a cracked glass card the other day. This was the only one I had time to enter, but I'm looking forward to browsing the gallery to see what everyone came up with.
