OK I'm back again - so how does Barbarella give Duran Duran their name? Was Barbarella's last name Duran? I do still need to work on my announcements, but I got side tracked in trying to order some toddler football jersey's from my alma matter. One for a gift and one for my boy since he outgrew the last one. They didn't have them in at the moment. drats.

Ferris' mom's occupation...hmmm...I can see her in a white blouse and gray skirt. What did she do? I'm guessing a secretary for stereotyping.

Hey everyone - I'm back...had to run out of the office for a few minutes...I haven't seen the movie in awhile but there is a character in the movie Barbarella that is named Duran or DuranDuran and that's where the bands name came from.

He just bought an old mustang to I thought fix up and resell, but apparently he is going to fix it up and keep it for a few years. Love how that story changed on me, not that it matters and maybe he didn't plan it that way...

I think our hubbies are long lost brothers. mine came home with a corvette... thought he'd fix it up and drive it around. supposedly it just needed a little bit of work. Six months later it's still up on a lift and my garage is full of car parts. Neither one of us can park in the garage yet.... our neighbors jsut LOVE us....
