Smile Alcohol Ink & Acrylic

Hello all

I have been experimenting using alcohol inks on top of Acrylic backgrounds, I found as long as the acrylic paint is waterproof it works really well.

I hopefully have attached a picture to this post and a pdf tutorial of my first attempt!

You did a fabulous tutorial!! Love the photos and your use of the blending solution to fade...kudos to you!

I love alcohol inks! Just printed the tut, and am going to try it. You can also add the inks to acrylic mediums and paint with it. I think you can use SU reinkers too. Thanks!

If we don't have the blending solution is there something that we could use as a subsitute?
