I just ordered 9 new Cuttlebug embossing folders! They have Dotted Swiss, a musical sheet, a cool diamond pattern, PAISLEY!!, numbers, stripes...and I can't remember what else. I preordered my new CB folders from Happy Scrapping and got a notice today they SHIPPED!!! I can't wait to get them. The best part was I preordered at the price of $3.74 each. I got 5.

Thanks for the info Mary! I just recently purchased the cuttlebug ($35 at creativexpress.com) and have been searching for a site to order a bunch of folders. However, every site I found had many out of stock, so I would only be able to order a couple and then get socked with $8 shipping for only a couple folders. I just ordered 10 folders from happy scrappin'....wooohooo..I'm so excited.

Just placed my order! :mrgreen: (DH's Valentine's present to me.) So glad they're finally in! I had asked about them at my local Hobby Lobby a couple of weeks ago, and the woman working the scrapbook section hadn't even heard anything about them - she explained they have buyers who order all the new products, so she'd pretty much find out about them if/when they came in. At least now I can finally quit stalking Hobby Lobby, LOL! (Guess now I'll be stalking my mailman instead.):rolleyes:
i hope they are coming to joanns soon..I was there today, and they have a ton of them on clearance...lets see!!! who ever finds out first when they are in the stores PLEASE SHARE!!!

Ditto. It will be hard to restrain myself, too. I can justify getting them all when I use a 40% off coupon!!! I will definitely be getting the paisley, music notes, birds and swirls (LOVE that one!!), and the flower medley. Just for starters!!!
OH you all are such ENABLERS! Those new folders sound great! I love the ones I have.
I don't actually have a Cuttlebug, but I have a Sizzix (the small one that works with the Sizzlits -- I have some memory loss here!), and I bought a Big Shot and I've been using all the Cuttlebug floders AND the metal dies.
I bought some QuickKutz too. Haven't tried the Nestabilities. Need to save up for those.
I had just ordered a bunch of Prismacolor markers, so I had to limit my CB folders -- just ordered three: Paisley, Music, and Birds & Swirls. It takes a while to get into the local stores (Michaels, Joann), so I went on-line.
I justify it to myself this way: by the time I drive (on icy roads) to Michael's, possibly having to bring a few of my kids along, only to discover that the folder I want is out of stock--I have spent more than the 40% I would save on one folder. :-) And I can get them all at once! Whoohoo!
I didn't say it completely made sense, just that it's how I *justify* it. :-)

I only have one set of alphabets so far- Hippie Chick. I like it and so far, it's worked for what I've needed. I DO want to get another set...or two...or three...

Sad news, a friend of mine got an email from Christine saying that ATS won't have theirs until Feb. 8th. She will be taking preorders on Monday though. :( Can we wait that long?!?!?!
BTW, I went the cheap route and bought a cute alpha set from the Cuttlekids collection. I have yet to use it but I loved the look of it, for $14.99 and a 40% off coupon convinced me to do it!

Not a problem for me. As long as I know they're coming, I'm happy, lol! I really like working with ATS...she stays in touch when necessary. And who could argue with the free shipping??
It's too bad for her that her order is a week behind somebody else's; I don't understand Provocraft...I can't imagine why they would ship to one store that much later than another.
