Default What Ink to use with Twinkling H2O's

Was wondering which ink you use when coloring the image with Twinkling H2O's. Tried some coloring the other day and the ink was smearing on me.

That's what I've used, though I only have the old formulation of Twinkling H2Os. However, I'd assume that any non-water based permanent archival-style ink would work. So, anything that you can use for normal watercoloring.

I use Memento Tuxedo Black. I just bought the Twinkling H20's and I love them.

Ok. I have both Staz on and Memento Black. Was at a crop the other day and only had dye ink so I'm thinking that was my error! Thanks for the tips.
