template for cards from 12x12

I know I've looked at it in the past 2 months but I can't remember where! I'm looking for a template of a 12x12 paper for creating numerous cards. Some were rectangular, some diagonal, some barely a scrap - but how creative!

Can anyone remember where I saw this?
