Default SU Marker Question

I bought a few used markers and most are in good shape. There are a few with tips that are broke down from pushing too hard. I'm thinking that they are probably junk. Any ideas for them?

I REALLY like my SU markers. I don't have trouble with them at all. I don't ink the stamp with the tip of the fat side of the marker. I tilt the marker so I am lightly brushing the whole side of the marker along the stamp and I find it gets good coverage. I only use the small side of the marker for writing. One of my customers was having trouble with her markers, but when I showed her the way I use them it was working much better for her. I find you really don't need to press hard - if you do - they will get wrecked!
Hope this helps.

My demo told me you can turn your tip if you break it. Gently pull it out, & replace with the better side.
