www.frugalities.com has the lowest price that I have seen but their shipping can be expensive.

OMG....You have to try www.allthatscraps.com
They are $2.00 but they have free shipping over $10.00
and it was fast. I ordered Thursday and received my package yesterday. Not only that but they emailed me when something I wanted came back into stock and I was able to purchase it right away. I can't believe I waited so long to order from them.

TAC sells it, as does Archivers. I haven't seen it yet at Michael's or Hobby Lobby.

scrapbookpal.com also has free shipping for orders over $25. I've usually gotten my order with 2-3 days of placing it.

I saw them on the new Hobby Lobby website the other day. They had a limited amount of colors, but they do have free shipping on your first order before October 31st!

this is where I get mine, there is NO free shipping but they usually have all the colors in stock!! http://www.sierra-enterprises.com/ It is worht it to me to pay a little more coz they have excellent customer service and fast shipping. HTH!

I saw this thread and ordered a bunch of stickles from www.scrapbookpal.com and they were $1.75 each.. free shipping with the amount I ordered and they came today. All of the colors are in stock too. Terrific.. I will go back there again.
