Source for Sequins?
I love the sequins that are showing up on cards lately. Some of them are pretty colors (and not the old metallic colors). I can't find them in my local stamp store, not even at Archivers. Does anyone have a source for them?
Thanks a lot!
Cathy

Have you tried Michaels, Joann's, even Walmart? Look in the craft sections and sewing/fabric areas, not the card or stamp making areas, also check the kids crafts sections. I used to find them there when I lived there, years ago, we don't have those stores here sad to say! . The only ones I found at Archivers (again, when I lived there) were by Hero Arts, a small package of them, multi coloured and had little spiral designs on them. HTH, good luck!

I never look in the cardmaking/stamping section of the store - I always find them in seasonal and/or jewelry-making and/or by the stuff to alter t-shirts (appliques, puffy paints, etc.). I've been collecting them for a reaaaally long time and using them as faux "brads" on cards, like the cats on the attached card (which I made five years ago). They often show up in seasonal stuff at Walmart, too... They come in fun shapes (obviously), and not just the round faceted ones, as well.

Oh - also party supply stores (Party City and others) and dollar stores have seasonal/special occasion sequins, too - baby rattles, lips, flamingos, etc.

Ellen Hutson has some of the prettiest sequins and colors that I have ever seen.

I found them at Michael's in the kids' crafts aisle.

I have bought some at Hobby Lobby--iridescent pink, aqua, hot pink, and white. These look pretty too: Made by Mish ? Home

I bought my sequins through Neat and Tangled. I received awesome customer service from Danielle. I ordered a couple of stamp sets and a whole bunch of sequins and received them the same week -- which is really quick for where I live.
