Default Sequins issue

Not sure I’m in the right area with this issue. If not please direct me to where to post this.
I’m really trying to organize my stamps dies etc.
My issue is transferring sequins from those little bags to the storage containers.
when I try to do this, they stick to the sides of the bag making it really difficult. Then they stick to the sides of the new containers.
Does anyone else have this issue or is it just me? If so, any suggestions to help get these in the containers easily?

You can try dusting some corn starch inside the bag and the containers. If you have a powder tool for heat embossing, that is pretty much the same thing and will work as well. A dryer sheet might work for the new container, but it might not work well for the bag they're already in.

Cornstarch will dull your sequins. Ask me how I know. :(. I do a lot of diamond painting. I have a lot of those little trays. I rub a fabric softener sheet on the tray. Move my sequins over to the tray and then into the container. It seems to work. The rest of the sequins that are stuck to the bag I will cut open the bag and scrape the sequins into my tray. It is not the best method but does help with some issues.

Interesting. I've never had that issue.

Are you talking about those little triangle shaped trays?

I use these trays https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0948QFGFD...ing=UTF8&psc=1

I don’t use those exact trays from that seller. I am using the listing as an example.

I agree, the powder has to be controlled or yes you could get it on the sequins. This is the same issue for when we make shaker cards so they don't stick to the window. I like the dryer sheets esp for the windows because dust will show there...but if you use powder, do a light dusting with a makeup brush in the storage tray. Could be the one you use to dust it off when you are heat embossing if it does not have embossing powder on it.

I found some of the static is coming from me in the moment, so I wipe my hands with the dryer sheet very well before handling stuff/the sequins and repeat while I work. Esp if you are walking on rugs.

In the long run I have kind of learned to accept it though for storage.

I’ll try wiping my hands with a dryer sheet.
just don’t know why they also stick to the inside of the bag as I’m trying to get them into the other container.
