Default Scallop Rectangle Clearlit

I was very disappointed that my Scallop Rectangle Clearlit was so small. The catalog says it's 2-1/4 x 2-1/2 but when I put it through my Big Shot, it came out 1-1/2 x 2. Did I get the wrong thing, or is it really that much smaller than advertised? Just wondering.

I think the dimensions they give is the size of the die itself. All the bigz are 5.5 x 6 which is the size of the die, not the items inside.

I ordered the scallop clearlit too. Hope that I find it to be big enough...

It is small and the catalog lists the sizes of the die itself as Fiona stated above. I knew it would be small when I ordered it but I do wish they would come out with more shapes and more sizes!!!! I do like it though, I just forget to use it a lot. I was surprised how many stamps I have that will fit in it though, I went through and held it up to a lot of images one day and there is a lot that will fit even with it's small size! Hope you find something!!!!

I agree - I would have preferred it in a punch. I just got it but that was my first thought.

I'm not a fan of the clearlit shapes like that. I would rather have a punch or a Nestabilities die. So much easier and you can get exactly the size you need - it's always a crapshoot to have the clearlits because you don't know the actual size of the die cut.
