How do the PTI cream and kraft cardstock compare with the SU vanilla and kraft cardstock colorwise? I already have the PTI white cardstock and just love it because it is so heavy? Also, how about their A-2 envelopes? The ones I got last at Walmart are so skimpy.
IMHO, the PTI ivory and the SU ivory do NOT match. One is more yellow than the other, but I can't remember which is what. I don't have the kraft to compare.

All of PTI's card stock is just as thick as the white. It is amazing! I do not have any ivory or kraft from SU so I do not know how they compare. But I love all of PTIs card stock!
I have some of PTI's envelopes but I only used them for an accordian folder that I made because I needed squared backs on them. I normally use A2 envelopes from Staples.

PTI envies are very nice weight.
SU Ivory is much more "yellow." The PTI is more "cream." I feel like the SU kraft is slightly darker.
The envelopes are pretty nice, heavier weight than the ones you buy at Staples. I would say they and SU are very close on the envelopes.
The PTI cream is so nice...it has a very soft look to it...and it's the SU one that appears to have a hint of yellow when you compare them.
I can't use any of my SU white or vanilla after trying PTI...the SU is so flimsy!
That is my problem as well. I have been making some invitations for family members and have noticed exactly how flimsy SU's cardstock is to PTI. After getting so frustrated with SU's I have decided that I would only use their cardstock as layers on my projects and not the actual base. I am so devoted to PTI's cardstock that I was thinking about selling a lot of my stock of SU's. I have NEVER thought about that until now. To answer the OP the colors do NOT compare. PTI's Vintage Cream is my fav!! It is so creamy looking. The Kraft is my next best fav for layering masculine cards. It is not to dark or too brown.
I have only used the PTI cream and white cs. And the envelopes. I love them! I also just use the SU white and cream for layering, but I do use the SU colors. Are you guys saying that the PTI colors are superior in your opinion to the SU?
Here's a comparison of PTI and SU's Kraft. I prefer PTI because of the weight of the cardstock and the color is a bit richer. SU's kraft is great if you can't get PTI...
