I have a Samsung CLP 315W (the one without the W is not wireless -- for networking purposes) and I LOVE it. I use it for hybrid scrapbooking mostly and the results look awesome. Here's a link to Amazon:
Amazon.com: Samsung CLP-315W Color Laser Printer: Electronics -- for $186 it's a steal!!
My thoughts on ink jets vs laser. With ink jets the printer itself might be cheap but the ink goes so fast and they add up. The laser, the printer is more up front and the ink cost more too (mine is around $100 for all the colors although I don't have to replace all at once, just whatever is empty) but they last! Also the print out, on paper, looks so much nicer thank ink jet.
Keep in mind that if you go laser you're not buying a color photo printer. Don't expect it to print awesome photos but for cards and hybrid cards like I do, the laser is perfect.
There are other brands, like HP, but I went with the cheapest and best review since I bought a UK version due to our current military stay in the UK -- easier to get ink. A lot of printers nowadays have chips on them and they're only for specific countries. I know cause my Canon is sitting helplessly waiting for an American ink. I bought some for the same printer here in the UK but it won't work because the chip only wants a UK printer. GRR!!!
You can go to my blog, click on the hybrid on the right under category and you can see the cards/pages that I made from August 27th to now.
