I recently received my first Papertrey Ink order. The turn-around on the order was VERY fast. And OMgoodness - the cardstock! I'm sorry I waited so long to try it. It is absolutely fabulous. The colors are dreamy - but the weight of the paper just so amazing.
I am wondering if anyone else has had trouble getting a response from the customer service link on the website however. I've tried it and gotten no response.
No response or not... I know I will order from them again.

I have been trying to get in touch with customer service since 7/23. I sent a total of 4 emails. At first I thought maybe it was because of CHA.
Today I started a thread on the PTI forum about not getting an answer and what my concern was. Nicole replied to my thread within an hour or too.
I really love PTI and honestly was surprised when I did not hear back from them. They have been very prompt in the past and I hope this is just a temporary glitch.
I'm starting to take on some of the customer service responsibilities in addition to my other PTI responsiblities. Our last helper didn't work out as well as we had hoped, so between that and CHA, the responses have been lagging. I'm working hard to learn the ropes as well as to get caught up, so it's our hope that these changes will be getting PTI customer service back to the high levels of satisfaction for which we've been known. Thanks!

I NEVER got a response to my last email. It has been over a month. My products always arrive though. I love the cardstock and all the matchy matchy stuff.

Hi Jennifer....I have not resent the email because frankly I cannot remember what is was about...and that being said, I dont want to go back and look because whatever it was has probably been solved. And my order arrived promptly as always so no worries...I love Papertrey.
