Default Paisley Nestabilities

Other than this absolutely gorgeous card by naturecoastcrafter, Cheerful by naturecoastcrafter at Splitcoaststampers, how in the world do you use the Paisley Nesties? I'm not seeing many examples in the gallery.

all I can say to that last one is WOW. Seriously, Wow. I would consider getting the paisley nesties just for that card!
