Oh My Crafts and cuttlebug

Has anyone done business with 'Oh My Crafts' and if so, was
it a positive one?

I am thinking of getting a 'bug'.....mostly for the embossing....do you
think I need one? They are offering them at $59 right now which seems
like a great deal..............

If you have a coupon you can get one for at least $10 less at Michaels or AC Moore, etc. Their standard retail is about $80 so half off would be $40...

I have done business with them and it was a very positive experience. I was able to find the folders that I wanted and although one was backordered, I recieved imediate communication from them.

Personally I had a "bad" experience with them in that they do not tell you things are out of stock until your partial order shows up or not. I also had difficulty getting someone to answer my emails. Eventually I got my things, but I will never order from them again. It was just too frustrating!

I've ordered once from them and had no problems. Actually when I ordered
it was during the time when everyone else saws delays getting their order
filled. Since that was about 4-6 weeks ago, maybe things are better for
them now.

I've ordered from them in the past and will NEVER place another order with them again!! Some of what StampingShawn said was my problem, but I will add, they took my money from the start even for the items they didn't ship the first time. I got no e-mails from them about the out of stock order till I wrote them. There was no indication when I placed the order that any items were out of stock till I received my order. Took quite some time for them to ship the out of stock items even after I asked for my money back.

I'm sure my not purchasing from them won't hurt anything, but I know I'm not the only one. Read the other thread on this topic.

Once you do place an order with them, you get e-mails from them every day if not more than one. Seems they have sales and specials constantly.

I purchased from them once and I will NEVER purchase from them again. No backorder info is listed on their website, nor are you informed of items not in stock on your order. No response to repeated emails or phone calls. Had to file a complaint with Paypal. I don't really understand how items can be listed for sale when there is no stock/inventory.

And now I have my bug in hand ~ they really are rather cute aren't the ?

so now to find the time to read up on all the tricks and techniques.
