I don't have the Cricut Explore Air. But my mom does have a (Old) Cricut Expression that I use. But I did get to see the Expolre Air at Scrapbook Expo and thought it looked really cool! I love that its wireless as thats my biggest thing with the expression. I know one of my go to sites is MyCutSearch.com it lets you search for an image or shape or whatever and tells you what cartridge you can find diffrent ones on. You might be able to do this on craft room now though I'm not totally sure. I'll be excited to hear what you think. I'm thinking of trying to go halfsies with my dad on one for my mom next year!
lol -- your mom was further ahead than me -- lol, i had a dinosaur compared to her -- the really old - version before the expression -- lol, so this will be a bit of a learning curve. so far it's been fun to play with --- lol.
thanks for that link -- i'll check it out

I've basically become obsessed with the printer then cut and making my own stickers - it's so fun! There are sooooo many idea videos out there too! Enjoy the new toy!!!
It seems that a lot of people are becoming vinyl crazed when they get an explore air or otherwise. They then proceed to monogram everything, make t-shirts, vinyl their explore or anything else that moves or doesn't. I have bought some vinyl, but only made a few ornaments. Mostly I have been using cartridge images to make scrapbooking elements. (Yes, I still do some.) I have also been playing with Sure Cuts A Lot to make my own images to import your own images into Cricut Design Space to cut out.
There are tons of FB pages that can get you started. You Tube videos can also help. Mostly, you just have to dive in! Have fun.
