are you looking for the old sets or the new ones?? I got a good deal on the old sets from QVC 66.00 for circle,square,oval and rectangle-the sets and the embossing sets for 66.00 also..
I don't know if they are going out of business, but I just bought some of the most recent sets from them. They shipped quickly and came in unopened packages. The old ones were around $56 for a set of four (squares, scallop squares, etc.)
Stamping Scrapping is having a sale on the Nestabilities and on Justrite products. The most of the Nestabilities are $14.99, great customer service. The site is stampingscrapping.com

I decided to go with one item at cutathome.com, using my coupon. I have to give a shout out for their customer service. Probably because I "paged back" during the order, the coupon code vanished. I sent an e-mail, and also called - they had already corrected my order and within a few hours had shipped it.
Amydav, I've ordered from her, she offers the best customer service I've received ordering from anyone online, if there's a problem she will email you or call you. I've order a lot from her, I love her lay-a-way program, and that's how I got all the new Justrite items, when they started coming in I had all of them paid for. She really cares about her customer. A very, very, very happy customer.

Thanks for the link. Everytime I get an itch to buy some I call our "local" Archiver's, but they haven't had them in stock for ages, and the one cashier told me that they usually don't get the 4-packs anyway. So, now I've ordered some. Thanks ladies!
Wow, these are some pretty good deals. I've always ordered mine from the Spellbinder's site! I'll be sure to check some of these sites out the next time I order. Thanks!
They are on sale at JoAnn's right now for $14.99. I'm just a little confused on the sizes. I think I want to order the classic or standard large for the circle, oval, rectangle and square. I'm going to assume "petite" scalloped means more scallops. It's hard to tell what everyone is using on their cards. I've got a couple of the Marvy scalloped punches. They are too small with too many scallops AND take up a lot of space. All suggestions appreciated. Thanks . . . .{{{hugs}}}

Not sure I understand all of your questions, but as far as the ovals go, you're right - the petite means more scallops. Also as far as the ovals go, on the petite, the shape is more elongated as well. Does this help?
As far as what everyone is using, there have been many threads (and polls) along those lines. It varies, but it seems, at least in IMHO that the longer designs (e.g. rectangles and ovals) seem more popular than square or circle. But again, that depends on the user (and the stamp). Personally, I use my classic, elongated rectangles and mega rectangles as much as anything, especially for sentiments.
Also, for the OP, Lizzie Anne's prices are normally pretty industry-standard, but she is offering 20% off right now through 6/17. I'll provide a link: http://www.lizzieannedesigns.com. Please note, I am not associated in anyway with this company; in fact, I just ordered from them the first time about 5 minutes ago!
Thanks so much for replying. I really appreciate the input. I have a tendancy to just "jump in" when I want something. Since my budget is limited these days (I'm retired) I really need to take the time to think things through first. Of course I'd like ALL the nestabilities (well, most of them anyway). Example, I already have Creative Memories cutting system for circles and ovals and I can always cut a square or retangle, so maybe I just need to get the scalloped nestabilities. Here's hoping I don't "jump" tonight.

Dear Grandma Judy,
I made a list of all the different nesties so that I could keep straight what I had and what I still needed to get. The list is in excel at the top of this link (or scroll all the way to the bottom post in that thread for a PDF version).
I did separate columns for the size of the dies and the size of the scallops - it really helped me figure out all the different ones out there.
Also, there is a column labeled "Contained In" which references the 4-pack sets that you can buy some of the nesties in. (For instance, large circles, small circles, large scalloped circles, and small scalloped circles all in one set.)
Thanks Valeria for the spreadsheet. I've saved it on my computer. I still haven't decided what to get first. I can't get an actual size on the dies, ie. large seems to be 4.25 and small 4.00 with 1/2 inch decreasing increments. It would make no sense to have both. Feel no mater what, I'll order the wrong ones. If I could afford $200, I'd get all the ones I wanted. Thanks again {{{hugs}} apporeciate the imput
I just ordered the Circles, Squares and 3 of the label sets at http://www.stampingscrapping.com/ they were having a great sale and the also do layaway!!! I was having trouble justifying such a large order but with layaway it makes it less painful.

I started with circles and ovals. I took advantage of the 40% off at cutathome, and ordered the complete set of each. In retrospect, to save some, I could probably have gotten by with 2 sets of each - such as 1 plain circle and 1 scalloped circle. I started with circles and ovals because I figured I could do squares and rectangles with paper cutters, scalloped scissors, and a border punch or two. (With a border punch I can do only 1 edge if I prefer, rather than all 4 sides.)
I still have not purchased any squares or rectangles, but have started to get some of the Labels series. I am trying to be good LOL! I do have a bit of a quibble with the Labels - when layering them the gap between the two pieces is wider than I would like.
I hope this helps.
By the way, after all the input here, I did order my last set from cutathome. With the 40% off coupon, an option of first class postage, and excellent customer service, I give them high marks. The first class envelope took 3 days, as I recall.
Thanks, Dorothy, for your input. I used Valeria's spreadsheet to decide what I wanted to order. I did get just one size of circles and ovals (plain and scalloped each each). Also got just the scalloped edges in the square, rectangle and elongated rectangle. At $14.99 each, I saved $70.00. Not bad! I can't wait for them to arrive. It'll be at least 2 weeks at least. Thanks everyone for your help. {{{hugs}}}
Thanks for the great info. I have only 2 sets of nesties and really need more. With some of the savings everyone has suggested, maybe I'll start my search right now.
