Handle broken

I received a big shot from buying online used. The handle when it goes around hits the side of the machine. What's wrong

Sounds like the crank got bent - it may have been dropped and the reason they sold it. You might be able to bend the handle back out a little so that it doesn't do that, but if it doesn't affect how it works, then it may not be such a problem.

Thank you. I took the handle off and bent it up slightly and it's like new. Folks should remove the handle before shipping.

Glad you got it working. I know it must have been disappointing to get something and find that it doesn't work.
