More a matter of personal preference, and your budget constraints, really.
Sketch (oval barrel) have a brush tip/chisel tip, and are compatible with the Copic Airbrush System. The brush tip is great for larger/more expansive areas.
Copic "Original" (square barrel) have a fine/chisel, and compatible with the Copic Airbrush System. The fine tip is great for small images with tiny details.
Ciao (round barrel) is a less expensive/starter type alcohol marker, akin to the Sketch, but not compatible with the Airbrush system, due to the much smaller barrel size.
All are refillable, and all can have nibs replaced or swapped out.
As a general rule, the best inks for stamping with Copic are
heat-set pigment inks, for "no-feather/no-bleed" coloring.
I personally prefer Brilliance Graphite Black, but, have also had good success with fast-drying dye inks such as Palette Hybrid and Adirondack Pitch Black.
My favorite, tho, seems to be heat-set Brilliance; with the two dye inks I've mentioned above, even after heat setting, some slight feathering still occurs if I color over the lines at all. As long as pigment ink is heat set/totally dry, you should have zero feathering occur if you should happen to go over the lines with the alcohol marker tip.
HTH,
